Horizon Management would like to announce a new payment option available to Solitaire unit owners as it relates to the payment of your monthly Association dues. Automatic Draft or ACH – This option allows for your payments to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on or about the 5th day of each month. To apply for automatic draft, please sign the acknowledgement below; provide the following information in the space provided and return this form to Horizon Management, Inc., 945 McKinney Street, Suite 111 Houston, Texas 77002 along with a voided check. Name of Association: Solitaire Homeowners Association, Inc. I/We authorize Solitaire Homeowners Association, Inc. (“Association”) and/or Horizon Management, Inc. to charge the below mentioned bank account for the amount indicated. The Association and/or Horizon Management, Inc. will continue to charge the below mentioned account until the Association receives my written notice of cancellation.
